Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients across a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric needs
Provide personalized therapy sessions in the comfort of patients' homes throughout greater Sacramento county
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful treatment plans that truly make a difference
Document patient progress with attention to detail and care
Build genuine connections with patients while helping them achieve their mobility goals

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum experience requirements as outlined by facility
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
New grads considered only in exceptional circumstances

Knowledge & Skills

Home health experience preferred
Ability to manage a caseload of 5-6 patients daily
Comfortable working independently in various home settings
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills for building patient rapport
