Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team
Document progress and celebrate patient milestones
Empower individuals to live their best lives

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in Vermont
Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and goal setting
Therapeutic interventions and adaptive techniques
Electronic medical records documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Patient and family education
