Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with diverse physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Document patient progress and adjust care strategies
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Electronic medical record documentation
- Patient education and family communication
