Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call, every 5th or 6th weekend on call, and rotating holiday call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert circulating and patient care across Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedic, GYN, General Surgery, and Davinci Robotics cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, techs, and the care team to ensure smooth procedures
- Support Pre/Post op and PACU areas when needed and assist with ER trauma cases
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and fingernail policy
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to foster a learning environment
- Adapt quickly to a varied daily surgical schedule in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Strong experience in multiple surgical service lines including Neuro
- Comfortable working in a facility without specialized teams
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submittal
- Willingness to complete and pass an open-book skills exam with 90% or higher
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Solid understanding of adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric surgical procedures
- Ability to scrub in when needed and support multiple roles
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to float to Pre/Post op, PACU, and ER trauma as trained
