Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
- Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations as needed
- Utilize the warm water therapy pool to enhance patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license required
- BLS certification needed
- Some pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions
- Treatment approaches for developmental delays, autism, and torticollis
- Outpatient therapy best practices
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Documentation and clinical record keeping
