Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with approximately 120 hours of call per contract in rotation with staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care to patients across a variety of surgical specialties
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team during General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotic procedures
Serve as a trusted resource with preferred Charge Nurse experience to support smooth OR operations
Respond to call within 30 minutes to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
Float within Zone 1 facilities when extreme needs arise, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of OR nursing experience with proven Trauma and Neuro skills
Epic EMR experience preferred
Charge Nurse experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 16-suite OR environment averaging 30 cases daily
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the surgical team
Comfortable with call responsibilities and flexible floating within the zone
