Location: Bryan, Texas
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 1-hour response time
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment
- Deliver exceptional patient care during diagnostic imaging procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams across Bryan and College Station campuses
- Maintain equipment standards and ensure patient safety protocols
- Support fellow technologists through precepting when needed
- Adapt to varying patient volumes while maintaining scan quality
Qualifications
- Current state license required for Texas
- Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5 MRI equipment preferred
- Strong commitment to reliable attendance and call coverage
- Ability to respond within 1 hour for emergency call situations
- Willingness to float between nearby campuses as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- MRI imaging techniques and protocols
- Siemens Avanto 1.5 system operation
- Patient positioning and safety procedures
- Quality control and equipment maintenance
- Effective communication with patients and care teams
