Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team
- Assist with daily living activities and support resident well-being
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
- Ability to work assigned weekend and Friday shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication with residents and families
- Attention to detail in medication administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
