Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift and night shift, self-scheduling with balanced schedule provided by manager, 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule, rotating holidays, call requirement per census

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin, and D10 to ensure patient safety
Perform continuous EFM monitoring and interpret fetal strips with confidence
Collaborate with a close-knit team to support high-BMI, diabetic, and substance-use patients through every stage of birth
Float within Zone 1 when needed to support sister facilities and maintain excellent patient outcomes
Respond to call shifts and census-driven needs while maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

Active Colorado or compact RN license
ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM, and STABLE certifications required
LDRP experience with comfort managing titratable drips
Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips independently
Willingness to work 36 hours per week on a 13-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP clinical skills and fetal monitoring expertise
Comfort with high-BMI, diabetic, and substance-use patient populations
Ability to self-schedule and maintain balanced shifts
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to float within Zone 1
