Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a busy outpatient setting
Provide care across a wide variety of diagnoses thanks to the small-town community setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to positive patient outcomes
Support acute inpatient coverage when needed to help the broader rehab team

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is helpful but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with variety

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Comfort working independently in a community-focused clinic
