Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with some pediatric cases through the ED
Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in our level 2 nursery
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setup, and nebulizer treatments
Assist with intubations and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Collaborate with a lead therapist on every shift and a 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency for 32 weeks and up
Ventilator management skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup using Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Team collaboration in a fast-paced inpatient setting
