Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for multiple facilities from a centralized command center
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias following established protocols
Accurately document and communicate critical changes to local RN staff
Follow proper communication channels during routine and emergency situations
Contribute to improved patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience demonstrating cardiac monitoring knowledge
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms section (one attempt only)
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour rotating shifts

Knowledge & Skills

EKG Interpretation and Cardiac Rhythm Recognition
Remote surveillance of cardio-pulmonary rhythms
Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
Excellent communication and documentation skills
