Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
Assist surgeons during a wide variety of cases including neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
Maintain sterile fields and follow strict infection control protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Respond to trauma cases within 20 minutes when on call

Qualifications

Current WA state license required
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Trauma experience preferred
Epic EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced OR environment
Excellent attention to detail and sterile technique
Comfortable with robotics and advanced surgical technology
Reliable call response within 20-30 minutes
