Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth, safe operations
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures including robotic and GI cases
Monitor patients throughout their surgical experience and advocate for their comfort and safety
Support a positive, team-oriented environment where every role matters

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
BLS certification required
Epic experience preferred
Robot and GI experience a plus
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical protocols
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Comfort working in a fast-paced OR environment
Team collaboration and adaptability
