Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, team scheduling with weekend requirements every third for days and every other for nights

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across all patient populations from neonates to geriatrics in an inpatient setting
• Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry procedures
• Manage ventilators including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion models for various patient needs
• Operate BiPAP equipment including Vision, V60, V30, and Respironics S/T devices
• Deliver high-flow therapy using Airvo2 systems
• Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists available 24/7 to optimize patient outcomes
• Float throughout the hospital to support various units while maintaining RT expertise

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS preferred
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Must live outside the 50-mile radius from the facility
• No current employment with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
