Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Handle surgical specimens with care and accuracy
Support a high-volume OR with a mix of ortho, vascular, and general cases

Qualifications

1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech
BLS certification required
Experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing techniques and sterile procedures
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Knowledge of total joints, spine, uro, and general surgical cases
Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and nursing staff
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
