Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate across all surgical specialties with confidence and skill
Support complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARS
Assist with intricate neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies and TLIFs
Handle diverse orthopedic surgeries from trauma to total joints
Operate advanced robotic systems including Mako and DaVinci platforms
Provide exceptional care during general, endo, and cysto procedures
Precept and mentor fellow team members when opportunities arise

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven expertise circulating in multiple surgical specialties
Hands-on robotics experience with Mako and/or DaVinci systems
Strong cardiovascular circulation skills including CABG procedures
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Expert circulation skills across CV, neuro, ortho, and general cases
Robotics proficiency with both orthopedic and general surgery platforms
Strong trauma and open case management abilities
Excellent communication and precepting skills
Reliable call response and schedule flexibility
