Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
Collaborate with physical therapists to create personalized treatment plans
Track patient progress and adjust exercises to keep recovery on track
Educate patients and families on safe movement techniques
Celebrate every milestone as patients return to the activities they love

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland
Compassionate approach and strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a rehab team
