Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized therapy plans that help residents regain communication skills
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
Educate patients, families, and staff on effective communication techniques

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience working with geriatric or skilled nursing populations is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques
Ability to create engaging, patient-centered treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
