Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapeutic activities
Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques for daily living
Create a positive, encouraging environment that motivates recovery

Qualifications

Current COTA license in Maryland
BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care approach
Therapeutic exercise techniques
ADL training methods
Documentation best practices
Adaptive equipment knowledge
