Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team
Document progress and celebrate patient milestones
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
Support recovery in a welcoming skilled nursing environment

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in California
NBCOT certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others achieve their goals

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Therapeutic exercise and activity modification
Adaptive equipment recommendations
Electronic medical record documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
