Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing and therapy colleagues to support excellent patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Provide compassionate care to patients recovering from fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation needs

Qualifications

Active Texas state and national Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating a mix of inpatient and outpatient diagnoses
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to support the unit during holiday rotations when needed
Reliable attendance and professional commitment
