Shift Type: Full-time night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and setup for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in a strong level 2 nursery, including bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP setups, nebulizer treatments, and assist with conscious sedation and cardioversion
Support intubation procedures and collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team
Work alongside a lead therapist every shift to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills
Competency with bubble CPAP and ventilator management

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Strong teamwork in a busy inpatient environment
