Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to approximately 12 patients daily
Assess, treat, and create individualized plans for a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the broader rehab department
Document care thoroughly and communicate progress with patients and referring providers

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy schedule while delivering personalized care
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient needs when the team needs backup
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Team-oriented mindset in a collaborative rehab environment
