Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while assisting surgeons throughout each operation
Collaborate with specialty leads and charge nurses to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume OR
Handle ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases with precision and care
Support the surgical team across 6 main suites plus a hybrid room performing 20-30 cases daily

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time Surgical Tech experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Strong scrubbing skills in Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery
Cerner EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Expert scrubbing techniques for multiple surgical specialties
Knowledge of sterile processing and OR protocols
Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
