Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
Perform modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
Develop individualized therapy plans for adult inpatients and premature infants
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
Comfortable working with both adult acute care and neonatal populations
Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified Barium Swallow Studies expertise
Acute care and NICU patient management
Feeding and swallowing assessment techniques
Interdisciplinary collaboration
