Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care to ICU patients
• Assess and monitor patient status, including advanced hemodynamics and ventilator support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and therapies safely and document care thoroughly
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plans, and discharge needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (California license required or compact state eligibility as applicable)
• Critical care/ICU clinical experience (preferred and valued)
• BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Current certifications and compliance with facility credentialing and immunization requirements
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in ICU patient assessment and monitoring
• Familiarity with ventilator management and hemodynamic support
• Medication administration and infusion pump experience
• Proficiency with electronic health record documentation
• Ability to prioritize care in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
