Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
Provide first assistant support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general surgery cases
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Collaborate with OR techs and the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow

Qualifications

Active RNFA license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Robotics experience is a must-have
Ability to scrub when needed

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR proficiency
DaVinci robotic system experience
Comfortable with total joints, spine, brain tumors, hysterectomies, and vascular procedures
Flexible with floating between campuses
Strong communication and teamwork skills
