Location: San Andreas, California

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Saturday shifts are inpatient only and typically last about 2.5 hours.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and strength
Provide compassionate inpatient care on Saturdays to support recovery journeys
Develop personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their goals
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Educate patients and families on exercises and wellness strategies for lasting results

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Inpatient therapy protocols
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Clear and empathetic communication
