Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Conduct start of care assessments and resumption of care visits
Complete recertifications and deliver meaningful daily therapy sessions
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team for guidance and resources
Perform occasional safety evaluations for hospice patients when needed

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License required
BLS certification needed
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
Home Health experience and OASIS training preferred
First time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in home health physical therapy
Comfortable completing OASIS documentation
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Ability to work independently while staying connected with your team
