Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients within the MST specialty
Perform thorough patient assessments and create clear, actionable nursing plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and document all care accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Educate patients and families with empathy and clarity about care plans and resources
Maintain professional standards, compliance, and timely charting for each shift

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — current, active licensure
Experience or interest in MST (specialty focus) is required/preferred
Comfortable working per diem night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently on per diem assignments and collaborate with team members

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Safe medication administration and IV management
Accurate electronic health record/charting practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Ability to prioritize and manage care in fast-paced environments
