Shift Type: Friday-Saturday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms to keep patients safe
Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license valid in California
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred
Prior telemetry or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort with cardiac monitoring
Clear background checks and any facility-specific onboarding requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
Skilled in IV medication administration and patient safety practices
Comfortable with concise, accurate electronic documentation
Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced clinical settings
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients overnight
