End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with varied start times including 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; weekend shifts may be required with a weekday off in exchange

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy care across acute care, ICU, MedSurg, oncology, and cardiology units
Provide specialized treatment for ventilated patients and total joint replacements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
Develop individualized treatment plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
Support patients through their most critical moments of healing

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Strong background in ortho, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR system proficiency
Experience across multiple hospital units including ICU and MedSurg
Ability to work with diverse patient populations from oncology to cardiology
Comfort treating ventilated patients in critical care settings
