Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech therapy to patients in their homes
Assess communication and swallowing needs to create tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to support patient goals
Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve daily communication

Qualifications

Active California SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior home health or outpatient experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult and geriatric speech-language disorders
Ability to work independently in home settings
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
