Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU

Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with vision and expertise
Build and enhance nursing competency while fostering a positive team culture
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Manage pre-procedure preparation and recovery for optimal patient outcomes
Titrate vasoactive drips and oversee critical care interventions
Collaborate across departments as a helping hand when needed
Monitor patient strips and ensure quality care standards are met

Qualifications

Active RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications required
RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency preferred
Minimum 3 years RN experience with 1 year in management
1 year of clinical leadership experience required
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
Critical care and telemetry experience strongly desired

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring expertise
Vasoactive drip management and titration skills
Moderate sedation administration experience
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedure knowledge
Leadership skills for building positive team culture
Strong communication and mentoring abilities
