Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate cardiac, nephrology, and stroke care to adult and geriatric patients
Manage diabetes care and monitor continuous EEG patients with attention to detail
Titrate cardiac and seizure medications safely while watching patient response
Collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent outcomes in a fast-paced PCU setting
Support patients and families with clear communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent PCU or telemetry experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and drip titration skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac care and drip management
Nephrology and stroke patient care
Diabetes management and continuous EEG monitoring
Positive attitude and excellent communication
Ability to float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
