Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in a strong level 2 nursery, confidently managing bubble CPAP for infants 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, nebulizer treatments, and assist during conscious sedation and cardioversion
Collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team to ensure seamless patient care
Assist with intubations and work alongside a lead therapist every shift for guidance and support

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills
Competency with ventilators, bubble CPAP, and related respiratory equipment

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and setup
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP expertise
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
