Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to a diverse caseload of inpatient and outpatient patients
Treat a variety of conditions including ortho injuries, wounds, neuro cases, and general debility
Collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to create personalized care plans
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document progress and adjust treatments to help patients reach their goals
Support patients through recovery from fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation rehab

Qualifications

Current Texas state and national PT license
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating general, wound, ortho, neuro, and debility patients
Comfortable working across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
