Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care focused on MST needs
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and follow-up
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the medical record
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical judgment
Educate patients and families about care plans, resources, and follow-up
Advocate for patient needs and ensure a safe, respectful environment

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Recent clinical nursing experience; per diem or specialty experience a plus
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications preferred
Comfort working with sensitive populations and trauma-informed care principles
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient triage skills
Experience with care planning and documentation best practices
Trauma-informed care knowledge and sensitivity to MST issues
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Good time management and adaptability in a per diem environment
