Location: Belen, NM

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (scheduled as-needed; days may vary)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents within the CNA scope of practice
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Monitor and document resident condition and vital signs accurately
Follow care plans and report changes promptly to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean environment and support infection prevention practices
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability and willingness to work per diem night shifts (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
Comfortable working in a long-term care / center environment and collaborating with a care team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and personal care assistance within CNA responsibilities
Basic vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation
Clear, compassionate communication and teamwork
Ability to follow established care plans and facility protocols
