Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Day shift, 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the assigned area
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol
- Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes promptly
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care
- Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing or nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to per-diem schedules
- Previous acute care or rehabilitation experience a plus
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or nursing program
- State licensure as an LPN or RN and current BLS/CPR
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of nursing fundamentals, medication administration, and patient assessment
- Ability to document care clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
- Familiarity with standard infection control practices
- Time management skills to prioritize patient needs during a busy shift
