Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support daily needs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform focused assessments and report changes in condition
- Document care clearly and timely in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to coordinate care
- Support discharge planning and patient education with clarity and empathy
- Promote infection control practices and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (eligible to work in New Mexico)
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome
- Comfortable working independently on per diem assignments
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- Licensed Practical Nurse: LPN certificate or diploma
- Registered Nurse: ADN or BSN (as applicable to RN role)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Wound care fundamentals and infection prevention
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Good clinical judgment and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional communication with patients, families, and care teams
