Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Quality Management and Accreditation programs
Foster cross-disciplinary relationships to drive organization-wide quality improvement
Develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
Champion rapid PDSA cycles and SEARHC Quality Management concepts for perfect performance
Collaborate with EHR staff to build quality measurement capabilities and generate insightful reports
Investigate complaints and provide expert recommendations to executive leadership
Guide credentialing and serve as the go-to expert on accreditation standards

Qualifications

RN License or comparable clinical degree with Quality Management experience
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 18 months of hire
Five years health care administration or performance improvement management experience
Three years supervising health care professionals

Education

Master’s degree in health related or business field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Quality and performance improvement strategies including PDSA cycles
Accreditation requirements, infection prevention, risk management
Electronic Health Record systems for quality measures
Program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Critical thinking and leading high-performing teams
