30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing to enhance their comfort
Take vital signs and collect key information from caregivers to support treatment plans
Answer resident calls promptly and observe for skin integrity changes
Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely to bed, chair, or wheelchair
Maintain cleanliness in resident care areas by changing sheets and restocking supplies

Qualifications

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification
Ability to work under pressure while relating well to residents, families, and staff

Education

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending resident care plans and ADLs
