Shift Type: Full-time and part-time day shifts, flexible across Monday-Friday based on patient needs in inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing

Bill Rate: $55.51 – $79.14/hour

Benefits

Hourly Rate: $55.51 – $79.14 (based on experience; 13-step clinical scale up to 30 years)
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patient needs with sharp clinical insight across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Craft personalized therapy plans that truly make a difference in lives
Deliver hands-on Physical Therapy services following physician orders and state regs
Collaborate with our tight-knit team to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress meticulously to track every win

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing
Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Current AHA BLS certification
1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning to tackle complex cases
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Top-notch documentation and EMR proficiency
Problem-solving prowess with keen attention to detail
