Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Specialty Clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and improve flow
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness in the ambulatory setting
Recruit, orient, and develop staff while ensuring adequate daily staffing
Drive continuous improvement through data monitoring and staff engagement meetings
Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and service excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
