Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate individual, group, and family psychotherapy to make a real difference
Provide emergency mental health services with expertise and care
Offer consumer support and community education to strengthen local wellness
Consult on specialized populations like children, elderly, or those with developmental disabilities

Qualifications

Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or MHP
At least 2 years experience treating clients in mental health programs

Education

Masters Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health therapeutic techniques
Direct client services
Knowledge of community issues affecting mental health
Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
