Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily operations in the women's health radiology section with confidence and care
Perform advanced mammography imaging procedures following strict protocols
Ensure top-notch patient care by verifying orders, educating patients, and documenting in EHR
Champion radiation safety and ALARA standards every day
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and keep QA on point
Drive quality improvements, train staff, and suggest policy enhancements
Assist across modalities and handle clerical duties with a smile

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M)
Current BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Pass background check, drug screen, and employee health requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in mammography imaging and radiologic procedures
Strong radiation safety practices
Proficiency with EHR, PACS, and RIS/HIS
Cross-training in CT, MRI, and DEXA
Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
