Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate pre-op and MedSurg care in a cozy 7-bed urology unit
Master catheter care and manage urinary retention cases with confidence
Handle patient orders, medication refills, and nurse communications seamlessly
Collaborate with clinic managers and MA team to deliver top-notch urology care
Contribute to a supportive environment where every patient feels valued

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona
BLS certification required
At least 2 years of nursing experience
Catheter care experience is a must-have

Education

RN licensure; BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Strong skills in urology patient care including urinary retention management
Comfortable with med refills, orders, and patient messaging
