Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to clinic patients while staying within your LPN scope
Serve as the key liaison between patients, staff, and providers for seamless communication
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care
Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and handle prior authorizations with precision
Support your coworkers and give direction to CNAs and schedulers

Qualifications

Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program

Knowledge & Skills

Taking vital signs
Triage patient calls
Refill prescriptions
Prior authorizations
Team collaboration and leadership with CNAs and schedulers
